INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup cooked beetroots, cold
- 1/2 cup of your favourite berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup almond milk
PREPARATION:
In a blender, purée all the ingredients until smooth. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and drink.
