INGREDIENTS
- 2 small turnips (white and purple turnips) or 1 medium
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 medium beet
- 1 apple, peeled
- 1 small French shallot
- A few sunflower or pumpkin seeds
- Juice of half a lemon
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
PREPARATION
Peel the turnip and beet.
Finely chop the shallot.
Coarsely grate the other vegetables and apple.
Mix all ingredients and let stand about 5 minutes to evenly distribute the flavor.
