INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of raw turnips, peeled and grated
- 1 cup peeled and grated McIntosh apples
- ½ cup of fried chopped parsley
- Juice of one large lemon
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper
PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients.
Stir well, cover and refrigerate.
